All the company products carry Limited Product Warranty, and the period of the same is mentioned on each product’s packaging.

Though company makes all effort to provide its consumers Products free of defects, and in case any defect arises, the company will replace the defective product free of charge within the warranty period subject to:

• production of proof of purchase and the date of purchase
• there should be no physical damage to the product except normal wear & tear
• being essentially electronic items, there should be no moisture or water seepage in the products

The limited warranty is valid only in the jurisdiction where the products are purchased.

The limited product warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the product and the warranty will not cover in case the product is resold to another consumer.

LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES:

The company will not be liable for any incidental, accidental, careless usage of the product by the consumer, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, revenue or data.

In addition, the warranty does not cover damages to the product caused by misuse, abuse, mishandling, flood ot other natural reasons beyond the control of the company.
